This brief outlines the outcomes of strategic interventions and program activities carried out by the five-year (2021–2026) USAID/Ghana Accelerating Social and Behavior Change (ASBC) activity. FHI 360 leads this initiative in collaboration with the Ghana Health Service’s Health Promotion Division. Together with consortium partners, the activity spearheads social and behavior change efforts using tested mass media and community engagement strategies. Specifically, the activity employs the Community Engagement for Health and Wellbeing (CE4HW) approach to assist 570 community health facilities in developing, implementing and reviewing Community Health Action Plans based on facility-level data. This brief provides an overview of notable achievements to date, specifically around reproductive health and family planning.
