Business opportunities

FHI 360 procurement processes are aligned with U.S. Government regulations and principles. While FHI 360 assures and documents competition and fair treatment of vendors during the procurement process, decisions are made in the best interest of FHI 360 and in compliance with the regulations of our funding organizations.

Consultant opportunities

Consultants are FHI 360 contractors with specialized skills and knowledge. FHI 360 engages Consultants on an “as needed basis” to perform specific tasks within a specific period of performance. Consultants are contracted through an FHI 360 Agreement, which outlines a Scope of Work and FHI 360 Consultant Terms and Conditions.

Small business opportunities

The U.S. Government has established criteria to determine the eligibility of small businesses to participate in small business programs. Reference this criteria in the below links:

  • Small business
  • Small disadvantaged business (SDB)

Although FHI 360 does not have a mandatory set-aside program, our small business outreach includes:

  • Small business evaluation preference opportunities
  • Posting of potential small business opportunities to registered small businesses

If your small business has not yet registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database, it will need to do so in order to be eligible for procurement opportunities that become available with FHI 360. When registered with SAM, your business will receive a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), an identifier you should use when responding to U.S. Government procurement opportunities.
