2014 — The Rapid Community Response system in Ghana is a system that provides an interface for key populations and people living with HIV to access appropriate health, legal and police protection when abused, threatened or harmed. This poster, by FHI 360’s Strengthening HIV/AIDS Response Partnership with Evidence-Based Results (SHARPER) project, describes the relationship among these three protections and how the system’s networks create an enabling environment to protect the human rights of key populations and people living with HIV. The brief also details how this system facilitates the ability of key populations to report abuses and threats.
