In Ethiopia’s Tigray region, the two-year war made accessing antiretroviral therapy very difficult for people living with HIV. FHI 360’s local partner, the Organization for Social Services, Health and Development (OSSHD), played a critical role in helping Ethiopians regain access to their medicine.
