February 2014 — An organizational network analysis is the first step for organizations to understand how their work relates to that of other organizations in the same area. The analysis provides systemic data to guide decision making and consists of data collection activities that describe community organizations and the services they provide and identify linkages between organizations. Data is collected in two phases: an enumeration and mapping of local organizations and then interviews with service providers.
