October 6, 2014 — This report addresses the benefits and challenges of using information and communications technologies (ICTs) in youth workforce development projects. As an important contribution to the field, the literature review and analysis of 17 workforce development training programs that have incorporated ICTs highlight current trends and provide guidance for implementers who want to understand integrating technology at the project level.
