January 2015 — This brief discusses the Sustainable Management of the HIV/AIDS Response and Transition to Technical Assistance (SMART TA) project. SMART TA is a five-year initiative funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development and managed by FHI 360. The project in Vietnam strives to ensure the provision of quality, comprehensive and sustainable HIV services through a strengthened national response.
