This fact sheet describes FHI 360’s holistic and evidence-based approach to post-primary education and illustrates how we apply that approach to strengthen the capacity of post-primary education systems around the world to provide quality education and align policies to meet students’ needs and labor market requirements. The examples show how our programs are designed to build the critical cognitive, technical, social and emotional skills that prepare adolescent and young adult students to become successful, productive adults.
