OPINEMOS is an innovative board game designed by FHI 360 under the Resilient Civil Society Activity (RSA) in Mexico, a USAID-funded initiative that aims to strengthen the resilience of Mexican civil society organizations (CSOs). As a participatory assessment tool, OPINEMOS creates a dynamic, trust-filled environment that encourages honest conversations, enabling CSOs to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. By fostering open dialogue, the game contributes to capacity-strengthening processes tailored to the unique needs of each organization, ultimately empowering CSOs to collaborate more effectively and navigate their local systems with greater resilience.
