This evidence brief outlines findings from multi-year formative research on the Playful Parenting community of practice, a community convened by the LEGO Foundation and led by FHI 360 as a mechanism for disseminating ongoing implementation research on community member programs. The research examines dimensions of participation to develop personas of participants and define a set of design principles for constructing an effective donor-supported learning community.
