2014 — This technical brief, by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and FHI 360’s Strengthening HIV/AIDS Response Partnership with Evidence-Based Results (SHARPER) project, describes the introduction of a community-based rapid-response system that provides members of key populations and people living with HIV access to appropriate health, legal and police protection when faced with human rights abuses, gender-based violence and stigma and discrimination.
