May 2017 — With funding from the Rockefeller Foundation, FHI 360 conducted this inventory to support resilience practitioners and the broader development community in identifying digital technologies that have the potential to enhance resilience outcomes. It includes nearly 100 entries from Asia-Pacific, submitted through crowdsourcing, that address the resilience of individuals, families, communities, businesses or governments. Entries range from simple technologies, such as video and text messaging, to more recently available technologies, such as sensors, artificial intelligence, drones and 3-D printing.
