2021 — The Health System Strengthening and HIV Services (HS3) project aims to break through remaining, persistent barriers to the UNAIDS 95-95-95 global goals and to promote self-reliant management of HIV projects in the Dominican Republic. In response to needs identified by the local government, HS3 delivers efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct health services. These success stories highlight the progress of the project.
