This document features program and district managers from the Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored and Safe (DREAMS) project and offers their firsthand accounts of what worked in their implementation of the DREAMS Intensive Economic Strengthening (IES) component in South Africa. The managers specifically focus on the provinces and districts in South Africa that showed the most progress, namely Eastern Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and Limpopo.
