April 2013 — The first phase of implementation of the Continuum of Prevention to Care and Treatment model in Papua New Guinea was completed in September 2012, and a process evaluation was conducted in the National Capital District and Madang, where the model has been piloted. The evaluation provides information to inform implementation of quality improvement measures for increased efficiency and effectiveness of services.
