This document is the final end-of-project report of the Capacity Development Support (CDS) Program, a project focused on strengthening local partner capacity to address HIV and AIDS and support orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), which was implemented in South Africa between 2014 and 2024. The report covers the program’s key activities, achievements, lessons learned, and challenges encountered over the period of implementation. It also provides important recommendations for future programming around capacity strengthening of and working with local partners implementing HIV and AIDS projects focused on OVC.
