In this feature, two apprentices from the Youth Development Practitioner Apprenticeship (YDPA) program, offered by FHI 360’s National Institute for Work and Learning (NIWL), share how their experiences as apprentices have helped them work toward healing their communities.
The document also describes how FHI 360 will expand its apprenticeship programs through the Promising Leaders Apprenticing in the Care Economy (PLACE) Hub, with funding from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Apprenticeship Building America grant.
