March 2016 — To respond to the increasing need for quality education at the primary level in Kosovo, FHI 360 is working with the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology to implement the Basic Education Program (BEP). This success story shows how BEP is has successfully improved reading instruction and outcomes for children in Kosovo.
