As FHI 360’s director of internal communications, Rachael Morgan manages all aspects of the organization’s internal communications program, from creating strategy to measuring impact.
Morgan develops change management communications to reach internal audiences, acts as a key partner to FHI 360’s leadership team, and manages various internal communications channels. She ensures timely and transparent staff-wide communications and creates opportunities for staff to provide feedback and participate in meaningful dialogue.
Morgan has been with the organization for more than 15 years, focusing on internal communications for most of that time. She has also worked at MITRE, a not-for-profit corporation operating research and development centers for the U.S. government, and the global nonprofit organization Pathfinder International, which expands access to sexual and reproductive health care.
Morgan has a bachelor’s degree in English from Saint Vincent College and master’s degree in English from the University of New Orleans.
