2006–2007 — FHI 360, in partnership with the Ugandan Ministry of Health, has developed several screening tools to assist family planning providers in Uganda to perform the essential screening process when providing contraceptives to clients. The method eligibility checklists determine whether a client may safely and effectively initiate her contraceptive method of choice. The pregnancy checklist can be used to rule out pregnancy.
