2010 — Playtime is Science is an early childhood, pre-K through grade 3, inquiry-based science program that encourages girls and children from other underrepresented groups to think of themselves as scientists. The program is unique in its focus on physical science, strong family involvement and accessibility to students with disabilities. Playtime is Science program materials include a user-friendly guide and CD to support its implementation, with parent outreach materials in English and Spanish.
