December 2023 — The advanced HIV disease (AHD) community guide is a tool for community-led programs to improve the identification and management of AHD. It describes the differentiated package of services that community-led programs funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and supported by FHI 360 should provide to clients with AHD. The guide also shares the key principles program implementers should follow in delivering services to clients.
