December 2014 — The USAID/Sustainable Management of the HIV/AIDS Response and Transition to Technical Assistance (SMART TA) program worked with local stakeholders to conduct a study on pre-antiretroviral treatment (ART) patients in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The study sought to identify criteria to be used in targeting combination prevention services, including treatment as prevention, to HIV-positive clients. Results of the study are presented in this report.
