September 2009 — Through the Technical Working Group on Harmonized Monitoring and Evaluation Guidelines for Men Who Have Sex with Men Interventions in Thailand, FHI 360 developed the framework for men-who-have-sex-with-men intervention types, a list of commonly agreed upon core indicators and their definitions, and information on additional indicators to be used depending on data needs and planned evaluation efforts.
