This brief describes the results of strategic interventions and program activities conducted by the five-year USAID/Ghana Accelerating Social and Behavior Change (ASBC) activity, which FHI 360 carries out. The activity leads social and behavior change efforts using tested mass media and community engagement strategies. Specifically, it uses the Community Engagement for Health and Wellbeing (CE4HW) approach to support more than 500 community health facilities with Community Health Action Plan development and implementation. This brief provides the key outcomes of these efforts, specifically around malaria prevention.
