This document describes how FHI 360 used a phased approach to transfer the technical components of the Zimbabwe HIV Care and Treatment (ZHCT) project and Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored and Safe (DREAMS) activities in Zimbabwe to local organization Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI). The document details each phase of FHI 360’s approach and highlights how our support resulted in ZHI receiving two new cooperative agreement awards from USAID — showcasing our commitment to and success in strengthening local capacity.
