December 2014 — The HIV Cascade Toolkit is a diagnostic, monitoring and program prioritization tool. Vietnam is starting to routinely use the cascade at site, district and national levels, and this guide will now form the foundation of national guidelines that further institutionalize the toolkit as key to a transitioning HIV response. The toolkit was developed as part of the SMART TA project, which is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development and implemented by FHI 360.
