Useetha Rhodes leads and manages FHI 360’s human resources team, which is responsible for supporting more than 2,200 FHI 360 employees globally, including expatriates and host-country national staff.
Rhodes collaborates with leaders across the organization to develop and execute a global human resource strategy that supports FHI 360’s business plan and strategic direction, specifically in the areas of talent management, organizational development, succession planning, total rewards, and human resource technology, policies and compliance. She provides global strategic leadership by articulating human resources needs and plans to the executive management team, stakeholders and the board of directors.
Rhodes has held several other positions within FHI 360, including deputy to the previous chief human resources officer, director of human resources partners, associate director of human resources, human resources manager and human resources generalist. She has traveled to and supported human resources functions in several countries where FHI 360 works.
Rhodes is a senior certified professional in human resources and holds a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science, both from North Carolina Central University.
