Paula Pazderka designs knowledge processes, drives content, explores technology and uses data to facilitate continuous learning and measurable impact. She serves as a guiding thought leader within FHI 360’s knowledge ecosystem, specifically using AI. She connects and leads knowledge staff from across the world to continuously improve knowledge management and exchange systems to support the organization’s strategic goals.
Pazderka brings her expertise in project management, software development, knowledge management, ideation techniques, facilitation, and process improvement to her role as director of Knowledge Systems. Her goal is to create an innovative and engaging culture of knowledge and learning at FHI 360.
Pazderka has also performed and taught comedy for over 20 years. She has a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing from the Art Institute of Chicago, is a certified project management professional, has a master’s certificate in project management from the George Washington School of Business and has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt education certificate from North Carolina State University.
