The ABE: ACCESS IDIQ supports USAID Missions and Bureaus in addressing their education objectives in environments that may be or have been affected by crisis, conflict, fragility or lawlessness.
Assistance for Basic Education: All Children Reading Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (ABE: ACR IDIQ)
The ABE: ACR IDIQ provides USAID Missions and Bureaus with technical assistance and services to improve reading in primary grades, effectiveness of teaching, and classroom and school management.
Cross-Border Health Integrated Partnership Project (CB-HIPP)
This LWA provides USAID Missions and Bureaus with technical assistance to strengthen sustainable and African-led regional health development partnerships to improve health outcomes among mobile populations and vulnerable communities residing along eastern, central and southern African transport corridors and cross-border sites.
Programming Effectively Against Conflict and Extremism Indefinite Quantity Contract (PEACE IQC)
The PEACE IQC promotes the design and implementation of conflict-sensitive development programs globally. These programs work to manage and mitigate the sources and consequences of violent conflict through training; knowledge generation, dissemination and management; and field program implementation.
Strengthening Civil Society Globally LWA (SCS Global)
The SCS Global LWA provides USAID Missions and Operating Units with a flexible, worldwide platform to quickly design and implement projects to strengthen civil society and independent media, and infuse participatory approaches, social inclusion, transparency and accountability into all development sectors.
Technical Assistance and Support for the Africa Region (TASC4 – Africa)
Through TASC4, USAID Missions and Bureaus access technical expertise and support for expanding basic health services, including family planning; strengthening national health systems; and addressing global issues, such as nutrition, HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases, particularly for women, children and other vulnerable populations.
Translating Effective Practices from Research, Marketing and Design Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (TRANSFORM IDIQ)
The TRANSFORM IDIQ provides USAID Missions and Bureaus with technical expertise and services to: (1) stimulate and sustain behavior changes in critical health issues, including family planning; nutrition; maternal and child health; HIV/AIDS prevention, testing, treatment and reduction; and the treatment and prevention of malaria, tuberculosis and neglected tropical diseases; (2) develop and deliver targeted solutions to health challenges; and (3) build local capacity to develop communications strategies that increase positive behavioral changes in critical health issues.
