This agreement provides UNICEF country offices with services to support the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that improve life skills and civic education. The initiative promotes the development of learning content; support of systems, policies and strategic framework to implement skills programs; creation of enabling environments that foster life skills development; and implementation of services across multiple types of pathways, including formal and nonformal education programs, curricular and extracurricular programs, and the bridging of school, employment and civic and community engagement.
