Conflict, Stability and Security Fund Framework (CSSF)
The U.K. Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s CSSF Framework provides development and security support to countries at risk of conflict or instability through strategic programming related to security, defense, peacekeeping, peacebuilding, corruption, migration and trafficking.
United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF)
UNICEF Life Skills and Civic Education Initiative Long-Term Agreement
This agreement provides UNICEF country offices with services to support the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that improve life skills and civic education. The initiative promotes the development of learning content; support of systems, policies and strategic framework to implement skills programs; creation of enabling environments that foster life skills development; and implementation of services across multiple types of pathways, including formal and nonformal education programs, curricular and extracurricular programs, and the bridging of school, employment and civic and community engagement.
U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)
Programming Effectively Against Conflict and Extremism Indefinite Quantity Contract (PEACE IQC)
The PEACE IQC promotes the design and implementation of conflict-sensitive development programs globally. These programs work to manage and mitigate the sources and consequences of violent conflict through training; knowledge generation, dissemination and management; and field program implementation.
Strategic HIV/AIDS Response Program (SHARP)
This IDIQ identifies and supports rapid scale-up of service delivery and strengthening of health systems interventions in Nigeria. The activity supports nine intervention areas: HIV testing services, HIV diagnosis and treatment, HIV care and support, prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV, tuberculosis and HIV service integration, reproductive health and HIV service integration, orphans and vulnerable children, laboratory services and health systems strengthening.

The SCS Global LWA provides USAID Missions and Operating Units with a flexible, worldwide platform to quickly design and implement projects to strengthen civil society and independent media and infuse participatory approaches, social inclusion, transparency and accountability into all development sectors.
YouthPower: Implementation Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (YouthPower: Implementation IDIQ)
The IDIQ seeks to strengthen both cross-sectoral and sector-specific approaches to youth programming and to support institutions in better engagement of youth in decision-making processes.
