Telehealth approaches allow people to access high-quality, efficient health services in ways that are responsive to their needs and preferences. This ensures that people receive the care they need to live full and healthy lives.
For more than a decade, FHI 360 has overseen wide implementation of telehealth solutions across the globe, with a focus on supporting local partners for long-lasting impact.
Our approach to telehealth uses remote or virtual channels to engage patients and communities in obtaining health services, education and information. We partner with public, community and private health providers and programs to implement telehealth technologies.
Our teams draw on our experience with and knowledge of telehealth as well as our deep clinical and technical expertise. Using a comprehensive framework and set of approaches, we guide partners in using virtual platforms to plan, implement and monitor telehealth approaches. Our framework includes innovative and evidence-based telehealth approaches that span the client care continuum, from demand creation and education to service linkage/referral, service delivery and routine client engagement.
