FHI 360 tailors technical assistance to help community-based groups, voluntary private organizations and government agencies fulfill their missions. Our project staff train leaders from various sectors of society to craft on-the-ground strategies for common problems, such as HIV/AIDS or access to public services. We assess organizations’ institutional and financial viability and offer guidance in developing the human resources and policies necessary for sustainability.
We have developed materials to strengthen the capacity of organizations and to enable them to properly manage donated funds from the United States and other countries.
