May 8–11, 2023
Cape Town, South Africa

Team members from FHI 360 and FHI Solutions are excited to join more than 1,500 maternal and newborn health experts at the International Maternal Newborn Health Conference (IMNHC) 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa.

Much has changed since the first global maternal and newborn health conference was held in Mexico City in 2015 and since the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were launched the same year. New challenges and opportunities call for us to reimagine contextualized approaches to achieving the SDGs by 2030. We look forward to contributing our expertise and experiences to help accelerate solutions to improving maternal and newborn survival and preventing stillbirths.

FHI 360’s work in maternal and newborn health includes integrated health system and clinical quality strengthening; implementing social and behavior change strategies to increase demand for, use and responsiveness of services; bridging equity gaps to reach vulnerable and marginalized groups with high-quality, respectful services, including in humanitarian settings; and ensuring optimal maternal nutrition and infant feeding.

At IMNHC 2023, our maternal and newborn health experts and partners will present 13 oral presentations, two panels, two concurrent sessions and one e-poster.
