The symptom that a man experiences with the urethral discharge syndrome is discharge from the penis, with or without painful urination. The sign that a provider can observe is also penile discharge. The STDs associated with this syndrome are gonorrhea and chlamydial infection. We will refer to chlamydial infection as chlamydia.
