The Educational Innovation Project (EIP) is funded by USAID and implemented by FHI 360. This project supports the Salvadoran Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MINEDUCYT); local higher education institutions (HEIs); and primary school communities to, in part, reinforce the capacity of HEIs to carry out research and strengthen initial teacher training curricula for basic education. Through this request for applications (RFA), EIP will award one grant to a U.S.-based HEI to develop a certification program in educational coaching for MINEDUCYT and Salvadoran HEIs.
