June 2016 — The Capable Partner’s Program (CAP) in Mozambique worked to increase the quality of HIV and AIDS service delivery in Mozambique and strengthen the capacity of local community service organizations to provide prevention, treatment and care services. The compendium includes 16 publications that share successes and lessons learned from the program’s 10 years of operations and describes the various tools it used to accomplish its objectives.
