August 2022 — This business resilience toolkit provides a framework to the private sector for mitigating COVID-19 and other global risks and promoting safe and smooth business continuity across Southeast Asia and beyond. Leaders and managers in businesses of any size may use the toolkit to inform their risk prevention, mitigation and resilience guidelines.

The toolkit presents global best practices and offers recommendations on critical business functions. It comprises 12 modules addressing topics such as health protocols and strategy, workplace, travel, and digital tools. Users can select and adapt the modules most relevant to their business and industry needs. The English-language toolkit includes alternative text for digital reading, to accommodate people with low or no vision. A Thai version of the resource is also available.
