Quality Improvement Handbook: A Guide for Enhancing the Performance of Health Care Systems

September 2017 — This handbook is a guide to enhancing the performance of health care systems using evidence-based models derived from improvement science. Primarily intended for program managers and technical staff members of FHI 360 projects, it may be useful to others interested in applying quality improvement strategies to strengthen health programs. The handbook can be used as a reference to accompany FHI 360 quality improvement training and independently as a job aid for designing, implementing and sustaining improvement efforts.
