March 2017 — The end of project report on the Program Research for Strengthening Services (PROGRESS) project in Ethiopia summarizes FHI 360’s work with the Federal Ministry of Health to enhance monitoring and evaluation in family planning data collection and data utilization. The project successfully supported 41 centers of excellence in selected woredas. Due to the success of the centers, the Federal Ministry of Health will continue the centers and expand in additional woredas. The project also successfully conducted assessments and research projects for the ministry to help improve family planning services in the country. This project was funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development.
