FHI 360 Nigeria - Global Education (fact sheet)

March 2021 — FHI 360 has worked in Nigeria for more than 30 years, reaching all 36 states through interventions in health; civil society; nutrition; education; and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). Since 2015, FHI 360 has led two education projects that have increased learning outcomes in northern Nigeria: the Reading and Numeracy Activity (RANA), funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in the United Kingdom through UNICEF, and the Addressing Education in Northeast Nigeria (AENN) activity funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development. Through these initiatives, FHI 360 has reached over 800,000 children and youth with evidence-based education programming.
