2021 — The Expanding Malawi HIV/AIDS Prevention with Local Organizations Working for an Effective Epidemic Response (EMPOWER) project is an HIV prevention project, in support of the government’s commitment to HIV epidemic control, that targets young women in two districts in Malawi.
