2012 — After nine years of implementation, the breadth and depth of the Educational Quality Improvement Program 2 (EQUIP2) have been far greater than the project’s designers anticipated. With 32 associate awards in 20 countries, extensive research conducted in numerous topical areas and 81 publications, the project has become a key tool for the expansion of the U.S. Agency for International Development’s education portfolio and expertise in the policy arena.
