Educator-Centered Instructional Coaching: What the Research Says

May 2017 — This report reviews the body of evidence documenting contributions made by the Pennsylvania Institute for Instructional Coaching model to the professional development conversation: educator-centered instructional coaching. Between 2009 and 2017, FHI 360 conducted more than 50 studies exploring many aspects of this coaching model in practice. This report provides insights for schools, districts, regional education agencies and state education departments that are considering, or have already adopted, an instructional coaching framework.
