June 2023 — Coaching is one method of teacher professional development that helps educators improve their teaching. With the introduction of new instructional materials and methodologies that often accompany educational interventions, it’s not enough to provide one or two trainings. Coaching offers ongoing, in-class support to help educators develop their skills gradually and apply new concepts in real time.
