These findings indicate that using an enhanced peer outreach approach increased diagnosing new HIV cases compared with standard outreach for female sex workers and men who have sex with men in three west and central African countries. The authors suggest this approach could be one innovative strategy to bring programs closer to achieving the UNAIDS 90-90-90 goals.
