The objective of FHI 360’s Modhumita Program is to support an effective HIV/AIDS prevention strategy through improved prevention, care and treatment services for people most at risk for acquiring the disease, including sex workers, injecting drug users, clients of sex workers, migrants and people living with HIV. The program works to strengthen the national response by increasing and sustaining use of high-impact HIV prevention, care and treatment services by people at risk through high-quality, evidence-based and holistic program approaches. Additionally, Modhumita plans to strengthen government leadership, multilevel coordination and use of data for decision-making, knowledge and advocacy to support HIV/AIDS prevention efforts and effective programming.
