The India Learning Network works to control the HIV epidemic in India, disseminate significant lessons learned from HIV programming, and provide need-based technical assistance to selected African and Asian countries. The project builds on best practices in HIV prevention, care and support programs learned from various countries; implements these lessons into HIV programing; and uses online and virtual technical assistance (web-based training courses, video conferencing and e-tutorials) to transfer learning to people in the field. The project is expected to influence country-level policies, increase HIV prevention coverage among high-risk populations and improve HIV program outcomes. The India Learning Network operates in the city of Mumbai.
