FHI 360 strives to increase and diversify our business while responding to our client’s needs. We believe the private sector can play a large role in our diversification efforts, lending their unique skills and expertise to our projects. As part of that effort, we seek to build new, long-lasting partnerships with small business contractors.
As a U.S. Government contractor, we abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
FHI 360 commits a percentage of our work to small businesses and small disadvantaged businesses through our U.S. Government procurements. We welcome the opportunity to work with the following types of small businesses:
- Service disabled veteran-owned
- Historically underutilized business zone-certified

FHI 360 is a holder of the Programming Effectively Against Conflict and Extremism, Indefinite Quantity Contract (PEACE IQC). SSG Advisors, doing business as Resonance, is a small business and one of FHI 360’s core partners on the PEACE IQC and two PEACE task orders.
For the task order Countering Violent Extremism in the Middle East and North Africa (CoVE-MENA) — under which FHI 360 supports the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Middle East Bureau in addressing democracy and governance issues — Resonance designed and co-facilitated a 2015 training in Cyprus. Participants from USAID and other U.S. Government agencies explored the development response to countering and preventing violent extremism in the MENA region.
Resonance employs the CoVE-MENA technical advisor and has supported five research initiatives at the nexus of countering and preventing violent extremism and other sectors.
