Dr. Deborah Birx sworn in as the new U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator
DURHAM, NC — FHI 360 congratulates new U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, Ambassador Deborah Birx, who will lead the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
“The confirmation of Dr. Birx to lead PEPFAR marks a new chapter in the effort to build capacity for rights-based global HIV prevention, care and treatment.
