FHI 360’s Capable Partners Program (CAP) in Mozambique strengthens the organizational and technical capacities of nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) working in HIV/AIDS prevention and service delivery in the provinces of Maputo, Sofala, Zambezia, Nampula and Manica.
Strengthening Leading Mozambican NGOs and Networks, 2006-2016: Lessons and Tools for Development Practitioners
The Capable Partner’s Program (CAP) in Mozambique worked to increase the quality of HIV and AIDS service delivery in Mozambique and strengthen the capacity of local community service organizations to provide prevention, treatment and care services.
This publication highlights the success factors from an initiative undertaken by FHI 360’s CAP Mozambique project to integrate gender sensitivity and gender-based violence prevention programming into local capacity strengthening and social behavior change communication activities.
